Join us for an inspiring webinar with Emily Burrus, FLANC’s 2024 Teacher of the Year, as she unveils her Passport Project! Through her francophone example, explore language and diverse destinations through engaging classroom activities. Emily will share how this initiative deepens cultural understanding and sparks curiosity, while also showing ways to connect with ready-to-use resources. Perfect for traditional world language and dual language/immersion teachers seeking fresh ideas, this session will leave you eager to launch your own classroom passport adventure. This professional learning opportunity is offered in collaboration with FLANC- Fostering Language Acquisition in North Carolina and Klett World Languages. The session is free for FLANC members and $15 for non-members. All proceeds support FLANC’s mission and programming.

Time

Zoom webinar on Tuesday October 28, 2025, beginning at 6 PM EST. FLANC members registration is free. Non-Members registration is $15. This webinar is in collaboration with Klett World Languages.

Location

This webinar will be hosted by Klett World Languages via Zoom. Information on how to receive your personal log-in information will be provided in registration confirmation email.
